December Change Freeze

As we approach the end of the year, we want to ensure stability and minimise any risk of service disruption during the holiday period. To support this, our annual December Change Freeze will be in effect from December 5th through January 2nd 2026.

What This Means

During the change freeze window:

No non-critical or planned changes will be made to your environment.
Infrastructure upgrades, new deployments, system migrations, and major configuration updates will be paused.
Routine maintenance requiring downtime will also be deferred until after the freeze period.

What Will Still Be Supported

We will continue to:

Provide full monitoring and support as usual.
Address critical issues, outages, or security threats immediately.
Perform emergency changes if required to maintain system stability or security.

Why We Do This

The change freeze helps ensure:

Maximum stability when staffing and vendor availability may be reduced.
Reduced risk of downtime during a key business period.
A predictable, controlled environment until normal change windows resume.
