1. Validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

By accepting this quote (email or written confirmation), you agree to the terms outlined here.

 

3. Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Ownership of goods and services remains with us until full payment is received.

 

4. Custom Orders
Orders for bespoke hardware, software, or special configurations are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed. A non-refundable deposit may be required before ordering.

 

5. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Separate service contracts cover ongoing support unless otherwise stated.

 

6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss.

 

7. Changes
Any additional work outside the original quote will be quoted separately.
